Cancellation Policy
Nail Appointments:
All deposits made to secure nail appointments are strictly non-refundable. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, but as a courtesy to both our clients and our technicians, we require sufficient notice for cancellations. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, 50% of the total service amount will be charged. This fee covers the time reserved exclusively for you and the preparation involved in providing your service. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may also impact your ability to book future appointments.
Courses:
All deposits paid for training courses are non-refundable. This ensures that your spot in the class is reserved and materials or resources are properly allocated in advance. Should you be unable to attend your scheduled course, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential rescheduling options, subject to availability and at the discretion of the business.
